A preacherman who did his time in the Baptist pulpit, McMahon's original songs are freewheeling Americana sermons of the mystical and the mundane, filled with catchy hooks that stick like honey whiskey and soulful lyrics that burrow into your chest. An utterly unpredictable bandleader, he stirs delightful chaos alongside Chris Knott, of Agreeable Men, where laughter and music collide in a shredful frenzy of deep jams, insane mashups, quirky comedy, and introspective moments that sneak in like whispers. It’s a good time, just come on in!
